I bit confused

I am wondering if anyone could help me on this.
I had sex with my partner over a week and half ago.
I had what i would call spotting yesterday and today, I havent bleed along time just every couple of hours for a little bit. I havent had any period symtoms at all that i normally have. I have been tired moody and sickness and heartburn which i never have whilst having my period. I have tested but got a negative. What does everyone think as i am compeletley baffled

Welcome to PF! Where are you in your cyle? Are you late? If you still dont get your period in a week then perhaps test again.

You maybe and the negative test was too early to tell, when did you test?But you should have got a positive result by now. Perhaps test again on Monday if you still have nothing, if it's negative again then I'd suggest a trip to the Dr. Good luck xx
