HSG number 2!

Yes I'm sure there's no scar tissue or infection. If they were fine in my lap last year and I haven't contracted any infections since then they should be still the same! Unless they looked too long and spirally and he wants to check them out?! I think the temporary blockage if there was one, must have been due to the clomid as my colleague suggested.
I'm going to ring the clinic this week to get an IVF appointment with a nurse and order the meds etc, although they might make me wait until AF comes around!
 
How confusing. I don't understand why they would want to do a lap unless its for the money. If you are having IVF then why do they need to check the condition of the tubes? Also, if you had a lap last year, surely they would have noticed if there were any abnormalities with the tubes xx
 
I'm on the NHS waiting list so its not for the money. It might be because they still think a hydrosalpinx might return (even though I don't think it ever was one) and are worried that it could terminate a pregnancy. But why have they offered us IVF first? Odd. Or it could be to cover themselves by insisting it was a hydrosalpinx?
