how to work out luteal phase??

Can someone please tell me how to work out your luteal phase correctly.

You'd think i'd know this stuff by now! lol

its the period of time between ovulation and your period sweety x if you dont have this written down then guess it at 14 days until you know for sure

It's the day after Ov (so 1dpo) to the day before your period starts
