How to increase CM

Hi

I don’t seem to get any EWCM even though I get OPK positive results. I have heard of a few ways to increase the CM but am wondering if anyone has found a method that actually works?

I never see it either but have gotten pregnant without seeing it

I've tried cough syrup and evening primrose oil but neither increased any kinds of cm for me

It could be that you have it but don't see it I think it must be the case for me!
You could always try preseed or conceive plus lubricants xx

My friend swore by grapefruit juice! Funnily both times I caught on I didn't see any fertile mucus, I thought it wouldn't happen as I was so 'dry,'!

Grapefruit juice, I know a lot of people who's amazed by how good it is.
But, caution, if you're on antiepileptica you should not drink grapefruit juice, it ups the effect from the medication... just.. for those thinking of recommending it

I just used to use pre-seed lube x

Vitamin C (I eat oranges) and hydrate properly.
