How soon after removing patch can I get pregnant

I know it sounds silly to ask tried looking on internet but confused some say 24 hours others a week or more?

Would love personal responses to see if anyone has gotten caught so soon after taking patch off? Had one period and forgot put new one on so left it :S b'd after that so confused ....

i would start trying straight away, there is no correct answer as everyones body will react different
