The only time I have given zach water is when he was constipated, he didn't really like it. I don't think you need to give them water unless it's a really hot day and they are dehydrated, they are over feeding or you are weaning, is that right? I wasn't planning on offering water until I start him on solids, and I will hold off juice for as long as possible. X

if shes sick a lot i give her water. or to settle her back to sleep sometimes if its too early for her breakfast milk. or when she was constipated as well. never juice yet though

also formula and breastmilk have all the water in they need i think. thats why you have to mix formula so accurately
