how much is too much???

hi ladies i was just wondering how much everybody is eating!!!!!
i know its a strange question but im worried that im eating too much, i havent put loads of weight on or anything but its pretty much all i think about all day!!! just wondered what you the rest of you lovely ladies are scoffing!!!! :rotfl:
 
I dont eat big meals anymore as cant fit them in :rotfl: but Im always snacking! Usually have cereal for breakfast and tea now and then lots of little snacks in between, I also find I can no longer eat something without needing something sweet after!! Trying to keep the snacks healthy but its very hard! I also think about it all day too and when I go to bed I start planning my next days plan of what to eat!!! :oops: xx
 
I eat loads now. I begin with cereal for breakfast then lunch at 12 and then it all goes downhill from there. I snack until dinner and then have to have something sweet afterwards. I'm going to be huge!

I eat throughout the day as I can't manage big meals!!

Banana, apple and juice for Breakfast - sometimes a blueberry muffin or something too

Midmorning have another peice of fruit and some crisps, maybe a chocolate bar

Lunch, and sandwich, milkshake, choccie, and crisps

AFter work crumpets, fruit or toast

Evening a normal meal depending what I can manage.
