do I need to wash cloth nappies before the best absorbency? Now Albert's grown a bit and they come up to his nipples rather than his neck lol I thought I'd give them a go for when we are at home xxxxxxx

Best way I found was to leave them to soak in a bucket of water for 24 hours then just pop them in the washer and they should be up to full absorbency

Thanks ladies! It's a good job I have a boy as I put a pair of Albert's jeans in the wash and all the nappy inserts are now blue lmao

lol i did that, i put a blue muslin in the wash and it dyed the sleepsuits blue!
