How many nappies to pack?

I suppose every body is different but I liked to change pads frequently and as you are sitting around, lying about whilst in the hospital, I was very concious of leaking all over the place. I still leaked despite my efforts - the first few days are particularly heavy x

I'd second this. My bleeding is particularly light now at 11 days. But the first day I was changing pads frequently and wearing two at a time.

Smallest pack of nappies was more than enough whilst I there - though I didn't have the longest hospital stay. I packed one 10 pack of maternity pads but only used a few because post-labour the hospital changed my pads for me.
