How many AI after positive OPK?

So I got my positive OPK yesterday morning (guess it could have been positive evening before too, but I've only been testing in the mornings). Did AI yesterday morning, evening, this morning and will do again tonight before bed. For how many days should I AI after a positive OPK do you reckon? Think my other half dreads this time in my cycle, as much as he wants children, I don't think he enjoys having to do his thang into a plastic cup, lol.

Best time to test with opk is 2pm onwards, if the test line is darker then the control line then it’s a positive, this indicates that you are likely to ovulate in 12-36 hours. You can temp to have more of an accurate idea of when you have ovulated as your bbt rises. Knowing this will make it easier to know when to stop with the AI, which I suppose would be a day or two after oving just to make sure.

We do AI too. We start before a couple of days before the pos opk, then on the day of the pos and on the next two days. You can ovulate 48 hrs after a pos opk, so that kind of covers it.

Twice a day is a lot by the way...once a day should be fine. The bloke's body needs time to recover.
