How long does sperm last inside you? I bd last night but got a positive opk this morning? X

If any sperm made it inside and to where the egg would appear, they can live for a day or two.

They don't always get that far though so if you can do it again then i would but if not don't worry about it

I read up a bit on this and they say 72hrs is common but up to 5 days to but average is 24-48hrs unless they reach the tubes where they are nurished by you until the egg appears.
