We will be starting ttc this month, however my Luteal Phase is just 10 days long. I don’t get any spotting whatsoever though before AF, just full flow at 11dpo.

Is this long enough for implantation?

How long is your Luteal Phase?

I have a 10 day LP as well. I don't get any spotting whatsoever. 10 - 16 days is considered normal, less than 10 days might be a LP defect. I was concerned that I had a defect when I started ttc - but I don't have the other symptoms (e.g. no spotting or short cycles - mine are 28-34 days long) or the risk factors (e.g. pcos, endo, thyroid issues etc). You can have a look at healthline's website: https://www.healthline.com/health/pregnancy/short-luteal-phase

I haven't conceived yet with the 10 day LP, but others on this forum have :)

I do have 11 day LP and I have two children....and I hope the third will be here soon :dust:

I’ve been doing a bit of reading and found that 10 is the lower end of normal so I do feel a bit better.

I was thinking of incorporating vit b complex to extend my LP, however, I’m on my 3rd month of pregnecare now so I’m going to continue with these and maybe think about adding in something extra if I do face difficulties.

Thanks for the replies :) I hope you conceive soon Pupperino and hope you get your 3rd soon Crumble :)

Before I had my lb I would start spotting 2 days after ovulation. I started taking vitamin b6 and I conceived first month with no spotting in luteal phase. May have been a coincidence.

Approximately 4 million years, or at least that's what it feels like

Mine was 10 days LP and no spotting, and I got pregnant first try! I felt implantation at 4dpo so fortunately he was an early implanter. Sometimes it can take about 10 days to implant but your lining is already beginning to shed so it's not a sticky bean sadly. But I think implantation time can vary so even if it doesn't happen one month doesn't mean it won't the next

Thanks, I’m feeling quite optimistic at the moment :)

My husband is currently 3 days post vasectomy reversal so that’s another “hurdle” that’s in my way
