How long are you waiting to tell people?

I am going to tell my midwife at 8 weeks

my very best good friends at 8 weeks

and the world at 25 weeks. I will hide myself away til then, its winter so no one will notice.

i just dont want anyone to know, specially if it goes wrong

I told mw at 6 weeks and had early scan. Told parents after scan. Then work I told boss at 8weeks cos of working with radiation! Everyone else we told after 12 week scan.

I just doubt i will get any comfort from the 12 week scan.. or even the 20...

Have you had any results from post mortem yet hun? They may want to keep a closer eye on you next time which could mean more regular checks and scans?xx

Nope, nothing back from them.. will be 6 weeks on the 4th so will ahve to wait til then to question why they havent brought me in yet (they said they would chuck it all in with the six week check..
