Okay - all you ladies due the last week of Feb or first week of March... how are things going along.... ??????????

Have to admit that I am not sure that I want to wait another 5 weeks. Feel absolutely exhausted all the time, not sleeping well and look like a beeched whale :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

DH suggested last night that we buy a hoist to get me on and off the sofa :rotfl: :rotfl: Our sofa is lovely and soft and low and yummy for sining in to and relaxing... but not so much fun trying to get back out of when you are in the third tri !!!

Still working and although it is tiring it does keep me busy and stops me thining about the next 5 weeks. Although on of the girls at work did shout 'make room for a wide load coming through' as I walked in this morning.... I think they are trying to tell me that I am taking up more space than should really belong to me :rotfl: :rotfl:

Had a growth scan last week and doc said that baby weighed 5 lb 2 oz and should be just over the 8 lb mark when born.......... ouch !!!!!

I can't wait for hold me baby in my arms......... all I have ever wanted and can't believe that it is actually going to happen.... but am a bit nervous about the birth.... wish us ladies just had a zip we could use to unzip ourselves, pop the baby out, zip back up and get on with being a mummy.......... dream on eh !!!!!

so, how is everyone else feeling......... can't wait to see who is going to be first :) :)

I finish work on friday, am knackered! Sat on edge of bed this morning with tears in my eyes as I needed a weeee BADLY but my legs wouldnt work. Think it might be time to invest in some tena

I avoid the couch/soft chairs mostly as I cant walk when I get off them. LO is engaged so I walk like a sumo wrestler most of the time. No way can I take another 5 weeks of this.

LO jumped last night when I was dropping off and gave OH a right big hoof in the back. I think my snoring must have scared him!

im feeling so huge and annoyed and then
i got more annoyed when somebody sed u hardly look pregnant LOL
i dnt fricking feel that way ahhh
Im due a scan soon to see if my placenta is still low i hope they tell me a rough guide of rileys weight

OH &
i have ,y 2nd anti d injection n blood test tomorrow grr :(

my backs really playing up lately :( ouch and my pelvis :(

and ive got another 3 weeks left of work argh.

and becks i no how u feel about ppl saying u dont look that preggy, coz ppl are like that with me too, but i feel HUGE.

Hi everyone,
I too am like a beached whale, have got another scan on monday to give me an idea of his size. The midwives just keep saying he is a good size as was Keiran at nearly 10 lb. ( I am really hoping this one is a little smaller but I don't think he is.)
Have finished work now and I have to say it makes such a difference-i am actually managing to stay up past 9 oclock.
Its my birthday on Thursday but I have to say I am not really bothered about it, all I can think about is having my baby on 5th March.
Take Care everyone

My baby is due on the 3 March, but I've been told that I may be induced earlier as my last scan suggested that the baby was growing slowly!! So I'll hopefully find out what's happening next Tuesday. In one way I really want the baby to come a bit earlier but only if it is healthy and well (that is of course my main concern)

I've now got 2.5 weeks left at work and I plan on just relaxing in front of the box with a stack of DVD's once I'm off.

I've taken to bending over on all fours in the evening as the baby is currently breech and ideally I don't want to have a c-section (I'm off for a session of acupuncture this evening in the hope it'll help little one turn) The fluid levels surrounding the baby are also low which make it a little more difficult for it to turn (poor little bambino)

Your right about getting off the sofa, ours is quite low so my boyfriend has to help push me up!! Otherwise I'm feeling alright, although I have the odd moment where my hormones fly away and I get tearful. (Had an argument with a guy at work earlier - actually more like he was shouting at me - and I ended up in tears - really didn't want to cry but just couldn't stop once I started - luckily he wasn't around to see - he is a big fat bully and is always throwing his toys out of the pram and shouting at people when there is no need       )

Ignore people when they say you look small, people have been saying that to me for a while and then suddenly this week everyone is saying I'm massive!.

Looking forward to hearing everyone's baby news
