How do you check for CM?

Sorry if this is TMI ladies, but how do you check for CM? I have had a little rummage but don't seem to have any at all

I am a cuddly girl, so find it hard to really get my fingers up to my cervix, is it best to do this in a certain position, ie sitting on the loo?

Oh and I have lost 8lbs this week

as 4 the cm i havnt really been checking, ive just been using opk's so cant help but someone on here will tell u xx

Are you asking about checking CM or CP??

I've never checked my CP but i'm always checking my CM and im using OPK's

I mean CM (mucus). There is no way I would be able to reach my cervix
