How do I know when I've ovulated?

I am getting confused! It's doesn't take much tbh!

So at the moment my temperature has been consistant for 3 days and my CM has been white and clumpy so I think that means that I'm about to OV right?

What other signs do you get? I see people talk about OV pains, does that feel like AF pains or is it different?

And the EWCM - that comes after I have OV'd yes?

I promised myself that I wouldn't get obsessed with all this stuff but I just want to understand my body better!

Fertile cm is when it looks like raw egg whites and you get usually leading up to ovulation. Ov pain can be on your left or right side of your lower abdomen. right before ov you have a drop in temp, than a sharp rise......

you should see ewcm during ovulation hun, if your cm is still thick i wou;d say you arnt ovulating at the moment

on a 26 day cycle i would say you must be due soon otherwise your luteal phase is going to be very short

Well I only guessed at 26 days because that's how many days it took for AF to show after stopping the pill so I have no idea how long my cycles are going to be at the moment

oh right, well 26 days is quite short hun if you are guessing give your self 28 days ( average ) so then you should be due for ovulation within the next 2-3 days xx hopefully your cycles are quick to return to the norm after the pill x

If u stopped taking the pill at the start of march there really isn't any point charting temps yet as they will not tell u anything. Wait until u have had a few natural cycles. At the moment best bet is checking you cm. The stretchy clear stuff is the most fertile. Good luck
