How are everyones babies getting on!

Aww it's so nice to know everyone's getting on well
Evelyn is 8weeks on Mon and like everyone else, it's flown by! She was 9lb 12oz and 6+3, will find out what the little lump is now on Mon when she has her jabs Poor mite, my mum's coming with me for moral support! Lol!
She's quite a good baby. I've been solely breastfeeding Evie for 8weeks now and i'm so proud of myself. I've had a few occasions where i've been tempted to put her on a bottle but i've stuck at it and i'm really glad.
She's a very happy smiley baby and has recently discovered that she can bat the toys on her play gym with her hands! Lol!
I know I haven't been on here much, I'm just so busy! Been a mummy and a housewife is definitely a fulltime job! Xx

ah well done on the breast feeding. Im having a good crack at it this week and hoping to get him off the bottles completely. i bloomin hate bottle feeding! good luck for monday, morgan had his on tuesday and i was on my own. Im def having my mum to stay next time!

What a brill thread. I love reading this it just shows how everyone is in the same boat, I know my baby is only 2 weeks and 1 day but she is a bugger with her feeds! She falls asleep half way through her bottle and just like my little boy when he was a baby she is a nightmare to get her wind up !!!! She had a feed at 10- 12.30 3.30 then 7.30 plz someone tell me she will settle down!!?!! :/ xxx lol

ahhh you must be tired. she'll settle more soon. morgan dropped a night feed when i started swaddling him for bedtime. worth a try! i always feed morgan in his room at night and downstairs in the day. when it morning i get him dressed before he can have his first feed. i think this has helped him to knowthe difference between day and night.

he also started cluster feeding in the late afternoon/evening and he dropped his 11.30 feed then. i didnt make him do that he just did it on his own. soooo glad we're demand feeding!

Evelyn cluster feeds, it's a sodding pain as sometimes she'll do it all day meaning i've no time to tidy! Jamie's taken over cooking tea! Lol! She sleeps 11pm to 6.30am so cant complain I suppose.

I love it when Morgan cluster feeds cos it means he's gonna sleep for ages! he doesnt do it very often so its a novelty, Im still waiting for a night when I can sleep all the way through!

Oh I hope she does go through a bit longer soon, I'm just sick of her fallin asleep half way through a bottle lol xx

She'll get there her tums still tiny - maybe if you think she is getting hungry or due for a feed you could make her wait a little by rocking etc - thenk hopefully she'll be so hungry she'll take more x

morgan smetimes falls asleep when he has wind, once he burps hes wide awake and wanting more.
