High cervix, low cervix WHAT?! Can someone shed some light please :)

Okay,
so It is a week before my period is due and I have been having symptoms.
Went to 'Check' my cervix which was very hard to reach and very smooth - does this mean anything? lol

No, not at the moment

My cervix tends to stay high until one or two days before AF normally.
