kellie80, so sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. I am glad that his final moments were peaceful and that he can now rest in peace.

alscafr - sorry to hear about your Grandad too.

I lost my mum 10 years ago when I was just 20 to a brain tumour (which was benign) and I still find it hard to deal with now sometimes. It was all very, very sudden and was never meant to end that way. I also lost my Grandad (Mum's Dad) 8 months prior to losing my Mum so it was a terrible time).

I hope you both get through this with the support of your families.
