I know how to delete history on computer and have done that but the address bar at the top... if i type in www.p.... it brings up a list of addresses.. well i need one deleted before simon's parents see

It depends on what browser you're using. Try deleting the history (again) and any temporary files. The look-ahead is based on your history and bookmarks so clearing history should do it.
