Help!

I fed my baby with half of vegetable jar baby food, half of pear jar baby food...then later he pooped was small solid that looks kinda orange greenish and yellowish running bit colorful,.,,, plz tell me what this means..am i giving him too much for his stomach to handle...bit worry.

Their food quite often comes out as it goes in at first, especially if they're eating bright colours. How old is he? (on my phone so can't see tickers)
