Help with teething

Hi,
Dd has been teething since about 2 months old, she is now 1and has only just started cutting a tooth.
Anyway she has diarrhea and severe nappy rash, it was fine last night, just a tiny bit of pink. This morning it was bright red all over, even her legs on the inside. When I wipe her bum it bleeds, she screams and screams. I've been changing nappies lots, bathing and air drying, leaving her without a nappy on for abit can't for too long cos she will poop on the carpet and sudocreams loads. It's getting worse not better. Anyone know a way to help other than what I'm doing?

I second the yellow metanium! It’s super cheap, heals within days. Sometimes hours. I wouldn’t bother with anything else. I got mine from Sainsbury’s so it’s quite widely available too.

It’s absolutely awful isn’t it
