Help with Diet

I am wanting to lose some weight we have started TTC but would like to lose 2 stone before we get BFP any ideas on good diets but not weight watchers I just can't get in to it.
 
I am a fad diet type of person... ive tried loads and none of them have really worked!!! best advice I can give you is cut out all the crap and eat healthy options and hit the gym!!! I know its easier said then done but thats the only true way to loose weight!
 
I think its all about balance. You shouldn't be eating more calories than what you can burn off again. So either eat carefully and you won't need to exercise, or like me - eat like a horse and enjoy your food but leave aside say 2 hours a week to exercise. I'm a size 10-12 but I eat alot of crap foods but as long as I burn it off again, im happy with that.

If your a very active person you can eat alot more junk, but if you dont exercise much, eat low calorie foods.
 
I really hate the gym! I don't eat loads of crap but I do like a takeaway. I did lose 3st last year for my wedding on weight watchers so I know I can do it it's just I have no motivation I am starting today and I am going to really try hard I really want a baby so that should be motivation but we will see.

3st that was excellent!! Yeah you could maybe keep a diary and weight yourself each week etc.. it might help with waiting about that goes on when ttc lol
 
Yes I did really well but I have just lost all motivation I think the diary iodeas a good one I have weighed myself today so will keep a record hopefully this will help. :pray:

The only diet that has ever worked for me is slimming world. There's no limit to how much you can eat and I was losing 4lbs a week. And I wasn't exercising lol. I have noooo willpower so its a pretty good diet.

Just give me a very big kick up the bum :lol:

I know what I have to do and why I am doing it but I just don't seam to have the willpower but I am sure I will get there.
