HELP! Lumps on cervix

Yesterday I felt a lump on my cervix and thought nothing of it since I know small lumps aren't uncommon. Suddenly today I got a bunch of lumps on my cervix near the opening and I have no idea what this means... Mum has breast cancer so I am really paranoid.

What does this mean?

These can sometimes be Nabothian cysts. Which aren't a threat.
Keep a check on it and If you're worried go to you're doctor xx
