Well maybe not quite as tasty as one, but with this heat my feet seem to be swelling a fair bit. This is matching the swelling in my hands that's causing the carpal tunnel syndrome but my feet just don't seem to go down again(my hands tend to fluctuate), even after being in bed or having them up on a high footstool for ages.
I'm sure it's with the hot weather, BP has always been good (last time was high-ish but come down during the appointment) and no other worrying signs.
So does anyone have any tips to get this swelling down a bit?? I've been drinking loads! Probably about three to three and a half litres of fluid a day/night, been wearing flip flops for past few weeks so no socks, and trying to paddle them in a wee bit of cool water in the bath, but still marshmallow-esque!
