We live near malaga in spain and it is HOT! For the past few weeks it has been a heat wave and so Rafa isn't able to go outside from about 11am-7pm- it is a nightmare (can't even take him in the pool it is so hot)
I need some ideas of how to keep him entertained in the house- he's got loads of toys which interest him for a few mins at a time, we sing, play hide and seek (I hide behind sofa and he chases after me in his walker), he watches a few mins of TV.....what else can we do? :?
At the moment I am wishing each day away until end of September :(

Balls, boxes, mobile phone, TV remote, pens and paper, balloons, animals, we don't have a garden and so Isaac needs other things for stimulation and playtime that are indoors, and I find that generally its non-toys he likes. He alos loves wooden spoons and a big bowl or pan to play with, also putting some dried cereal in there, like Cheerio's, keeps him entertained a while :) Climbing Mummy is also always a big hit  hehe Very best wishes, I really hope the heat dies down soon for you both

Must be horrible for you to be stuck in all day :( But like midna and redshoes said all babies seem to love household objects! Ryan was entertained with a bag of popcorn for aggges the other week!
