Any chance you might be further along than you think or are you likely for twins? If the doctor gave you no reason to worry then I wouldn't. Maybe one of the other ladies might be able to give you a similar experience. Good luck for monday xx

I should be 7+4 but my scan on Monday only showed 5 weeks hence the confusion!

Sometimes they get scans wrong, especially when it's really early. If they have made a mistake and you are 7 weeks not 5, that will explain the sickness and hcg levels. They got my scan wrong at 30 weeks!!! They said the baby hadn't grown enough and they might have to induce me at 37 weeks. I had 2 weeks to wait for another scan to see what was happening and I was petrified. Turns out she was exactly where she should be, and they'd just measured her wrong!

Absolutely this^^

Early scans can be so difficult sometimes from everything I've been told at all the ones I've had. The hcg level rising is super positive and there are lots of reasons for it being that high.

Hey Ladies,

So scan went well, baby has grown well in the last week to now measure 6 weeks. So I obviously ovulated very late! I have to carry on taking progesterone and all sorts of meds until 12 weeks. I am feeling crap every day to be honest and living on plain rice so feeling knackered! Anyone else totally not wanting to eat a thing?

Up until week 8 I couldn't look inside my fridge without wanting to gag and all the foods looked horrible. Past week 8 things got a bit better. Hope this is going to be the case for you too. Hang in there x

Hey I got anti sickness tablets too-what did they give you? Hope you are feeling better soon xx I totally relate to the food thing. I've been living on water and crap. I can't seem to eat normal food so I've been grazing things to try at least eat something.. Even if it's a handful of salt and vinegar crisps haha xx
