I've had mild nausea for the last week or so. I find that it gets really bad if I get too hungry, so for me eating little and often is helping. Haven't been physically sick so far, even though sometimes I have to force myself to actually put the food in my mouth. Some things I think I'm just going to be sick if I eat that, but once I actually try it I'm fine. So far anyway!
BTW I love KFC popcorn chicken, and would love that to be a cure for m/s for me!
In terms of worring about what nutrients the baby is getting, I read an article on my pregnancy app this morning that said the most important thing is to try and keep some food and drink down no matter what it is at this stage, so eat whatever you are able to manage and drink as much as you possibly can. The baby can catch up on nutrients later on in the pregnancy. Not sure how accurate it is, but if all you can eat is KFC and Chips, that's better than nothing right! Also, if you're really worried about it, then see if you can keep a multi vit down as well.
