I found today whilst walking around for a couple of hours that both of my heels started to hurt. I had good, comfy trainers on that I wear a lot and they have never been uncomfortable. I literally was hobbling by the end of it due to the pain. My back has been a bit sore this week and today it was quite sore with the walking. You'd think I'd walked 100miles the way by body was misbehaving. I'm 20 weeks. Anyone had this or know what one earth is going on?
