Sore Legs

Yesterday when i was walking up some stairs I had to stop because my legs felt really sore, like I had been running up and down the stairs for days! and today I have the same problem buts its worse the pain is constant like I have run a marathon!!!

has anyone had this before?

I've had this a few times when I've woken up - my calf muscles feel like I've climbed a mountain!!

yea thats what its like except its not my calf muscles its my thighs, which have also been very clicky lately too?

I guess it's all the ligaments relaxing and the extra weight!
