But that makes it even more of a joke because people are judging her on something they've never even seen! How the hell do we know how she brings up her kids in private? All we know is when she's on tv she's a nutcase

The Spice mums face stiff competition from other pop parents with all the former Hear'Say girls - Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw and Kym Ryder nominated too. Charlotte Church has also been shortlisted for Celebrity Mum of the Year, as has GMTV host Kate Garraway. But the most controversial name on the shortlist must be Heather Mills, mum of four-year-old Beatrice, who is battling Paul McCartney in the divorce courts this week for up to £100m of his fortune.
