hi there,

can anybody tell me for 100% sure whether eating cream or yogurt (cooked) is okay or not because me and mum are having a debate about it and i am sure i was told that eating cream even cooked was a big no-no as it is the bacteria off the top of the milk,

any advice would be greatly appreciated,

TIA,

young_mummy

Cream is fine to eat as far as i know, so is yoghurt just not home made stuff.

I eat loads of cream, strawberrys and cream, wipped cream on hot choc, cream in tea etc etc and i eat yoghurts all the time!! :D

Yeah cream & yoghurt are fine, infact my MW told me yoghurt was a good source of calcium as i don;t like milk too much

yep - cream, ice cream and yogurts are all good for you...

have masses of calcium and heaps of other good things !!!!!!!

Go for it !!!!!!!!

sorry think youre mom won that argument hehehe
