headaches-what can I take?

Hi everyone

I got my bfp this morning yay but I've got a terrible headache and all the pain killers I have in say do not take if pregnant (ibuprofen and aspirin). Is there anything I can get in that's safe?

Paracetamol is fine, but maybe take a nap, have a drink and see f you can shake it of without tablets x

Hey I had a headache for 3 days this week (ouch!) and took paracetamol and LOTS of water. The MW told me I need to drink plenty, I usually don't drink much, so just keep hydrated with plenty fluid. x
