Hey this is the third time posting this because I was unsure what category to put this in, so apologies.
I've been trying for a baby with my husband for over a year. In January 2013 I found out I had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, hence why we're struggling to conceive. My cycles were all over the place ranging from 17 to 57 days. My husband was tested and he was fine. It's just me. I was put on the highest dose of Glucophage (Metformin) in July 2013, quickly resulting on my cycles regulating ranging from 26 to 33 days which is normal. I was so happy, knowing that my PCOS symptoms were lessening.
However, my current cycle is currently at 38 days which makes my period approximately 8 days late. I'm having really bad diarrhoea, back and groin pains, headaches and exhausted all the time. I took a pregnancy test a day ago that came up negative. I haven't been more stressed than usual, so I can't think to the reason.
I'm not sure what to do next. I don't want to get my hopes up if I am actually pregnant since I've done that so many times.
