Had gel nails done in a strong chemical smelling room before PBF

Hi, I got my BFP last Sunday, but on Saturday I had my nails done in a room that stunk of chemicals as it wasn't well ventilated. I was in there for an hour and now I am really worried this might have done some damage. Does anyone know anything about this and if I am worrying too much? I have found lots of articles that say it is fine to have your nails done as long as it's in a well ventilated area, but this wasn't and everything smells stronger because of pregnancy anyway. I regret getting my nails done now

I wouldn't worry, it was only an hour so it's unlikely it would have done any harm.
If you worked as a nail technician then I'd say different.
