Had 16 week appointment

We got to hear the baby's heartbeat I was so relieved when she found it. First of all she said she could hear the placenta, then she found it in the distance! She said that the baby is quite far back, but all seems ok thank god.

I also now know that what I'm feeling is my uterus. Lol. I felt the hard bit but wasn't sure!

Just hoping to feel some flutters now soon!

Ninja - 20 week scan is 29th Aug. Got date at 12 week scan which was handy! You got yours?

Our hospital don't tell you sex - booo! Will still ask though!

Pos - if she did we missed it! Annoying! I was just so glad everything was ok I zoned out and listened to it's heart

did she write it in your book? ask next time, our midwife guessed the sex of ours from the heartbeat and she was right! xx
