I was wondering if anyone had any good advice as my lo ( 13 weeks old) as he seems to get himself into the most weird positions in the night. He can sleep through fromapprox 7pm - 7 am unless he starts somersaulting round his cot! He woke up last night at 4 am with 2 arms and 1 leg through the bars and then at 5am with both legs through. He goes straight back to sleep when moved but still insists in throwing himself around- I never know how I'm going to find him in the morning. Any advice :)

Jack's exactly the same! He sleeps in a sleeping bag if thats any help? He can still move about but can't get tangled in the cot bars x

Sleeping bags help a bit coz they can move so freely but other than that no suggestions coz I have one the same!!

I got a mesh breathable cot bumper from kiddIcare its fab no more arms or legs coming through lol

Yep, airmesh wrap bumpers should help! They let air thru so they don't get too hot and can breathe thru them if up against them xx

I'm always finding Emilia with her head against the side of cot glad I've got the airmesh so I know she can breathe plus its slightly padded so she doesn't hurt herself banging her head on bars x

Oh thank you, I'm going to order a breathable bumper today :)

I think the gymnastics may b a boy thing- Ethan would throw himself around the cot quite early on and would move about loads in his sleep! Then the rolling started and now he's trying to crawl- he gets literally everywhere in the cot! Hope the bumpers help x
