Balls

Hi all

Not sure if this was the best place to put this, sorry if it's not in the right place.

I'm after a birthing ball, but not sure what type to get or where's best to get one from. I'm 5' 5". I've heard it's best to get an anti burst ball.

I've had a look in Argos, but they only seem to do gym balls. Can anyone advise me on where to look or which one to get please.

The gym ones are pretty much the same i got the argos one and it did the job you just got to get the right size one for your height x

The gym ones are fine. You'll be fine with a standard one (think they're 65cm)

Just make sure when it's pumped up that your hips are higher than your knees that's the most important thing x

I bought one from argos at £6.99 think the height is 65 im only 5'5 too, only bought it to see if it could help with the pain. (which it does to a point) had it about a wk now it comes with a pump too, and not had to re-inflat it as of yet.
