Invest in a Gym Ball

Hi all
I bought myself one of these lovely big excercise/gym ball (75cm diameter) and it is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! If you have'nt got one - get one! You get this great booklet with it which has some amazing excercises in it, but I got it to relax on when infront of telly or pc.
It will also be useful during birth if your opting of active birth! You'll love it - best thing I've bought all year and my kids love it too!

i used one of those in labour with Amy, fantastic!!!!
It helped my baby move down and it helps you to move with ease.

So relaxing to rock on while your having a contraction!!!

Great buy and mine was only a fiver!!!

Thanks for the tip, I will be using one in hospital during my labour, sounds like fun, the ball not the labour part

Read in my instruction manual (for the gym ball) that it's excellent for rocking a baby on if colicky!
