Especially as my irritating husband, the only one who ever uses the grill (for round after round of cheese on toast), has once again not cleaned the grill pan. Now there is a horrible smell of burnt cheese filling the house as my dinner cooks

Everything smells so bloody awful to me at the moment!!!!

i remember this well!
i remember picking up OH to go food shopping one night and he had a pastie in his hand that he had just warmed up in the microwave,it absolutley stunk to me and was making me retch,i kept telling him to hurry up and eat it as it was disgusting,he eventually chucked it out of the window to shut me up! :rotfl:

ham was one of my worst things :puke:

Ham for me too!!!! And bacon - even looking at it in the fridge makes me gag, and the smell of it cooking :puke:

 I remember the smell stage - my dog did a wee while i was walking her and i was sick in a bush!

Better than your dog puking on the living room floor like mine did today.....

I cant walk in the kitchen without some horrid smell making me gag :(

They do say dogs are good practice for babies  Bring on the poo and puke!

I'm ok with cocoa butter fortunately!

I was the same with cocoa butter couldnt stand it but luckily you can get fragrance free... im soooo glad those days are gone! i remember at one point not even being able to cope with the smell of myself.... very strange!

And roast chicken crisps :puke: :puke: i could smell the empty packet in the kitchen bin from upstairs... totally crazy when i think about it now! i was actually eating a packet earlier

Mine used to be Worcestshire sauce and BBQ Monster Munch crisps that my boyfriend loves....still make me a lil queasy now!

How weird is the smell thing? Mine is gradually kicking in. I was making spag bol last night and had to go outside as the smell was just overpowering. It didn't smell BAD but it just made me feel so queasy. I could still smell it after I'd gone to bed even though I'd thrown all 3 kitchen windows out, put the extractor on full AND sprayed that 'clean air' neutraliser stuff!

It's the only thing so far except cat biscuits. I can't even open the cupboard they're in (quite annoying as some of OUR food is in there too!) as it just smells :puke:

for some reason mines not as bad this time round, last time i could be sitting in the front room and my OH would open the front door (4 rooms away!) and i could smell the grease on his overalls in 5 seconds! :puke:
Things smell strong but dont make me wretch, maybe its a girl this time???!!!

gross

there's a massive power cut that's affected half the country (not us luckily!) and I went into the 'non halal' section of the supermarket today (where they sell the pork products and oxo cubes etc) and the smell actually made me gag (which I VERY rarely do). it was partly the salami and 'cured' duck carcasses hanging by the door, partly the semi-defrosted cocktail sausages and partly the old ham that had actually started to turn green in the chiller (ok maybe not actually green but jesus it stank).

I got out of there sharpish but not before buying my frankfurters - a painfully slow experience at the best of times but I swear that woman was lucky not to get puke all down her :puke:

Just reliving it gives me the shudders :puke:

Luckily I have just got through that stage. The only thing I wretch at now is the dog food. It's horrible when it gets to the point where you hate the smell of your house.
