Growth spurts?

Hi Everyone,

William and I seem to be geting on great with breast feeding most of the time (apart from when he gets over excited and can't latch on) but yesterday he doubled the amount of time he spent feeding! I read somewhere that they have growth spurts and that seemed to coincide with how old he is but I wondered, will the time he spends settle down after the spurt or am I condemned to having a baby strapped to my chest for the whole day?

Dylan had a growth spurt last week . then when it finished he was really tired and just returned to normal..he is on another one right now and i have been feeding on and off for two days ..I am exhasuted and starving most the time.

He should return to past pattens after his spurt
