Are freaking me out and I don't know why! The thought of leaving my house is terrifying and work I am trying to avoid situations where lots of ppl. I get really panicky I don't know what to do

Maybe you should visit the doctor hun.
I suffered my anxiety attacks for a long time before I got help and it really isn't worth putting off.

Hope it went ok at the docs this afternoon MrsMC, you have had such alot to deal with , your body iks all messed up. Hope she was understanding and supportive and helped you. Just take it slow, it's been a big shock , hugs JJ X
