Groin ache?!

For the past week I've had a dull ache on the left side if my groin, I think it's the muscles at the top of my leg going into the groin area. I've noticed the pains starting to get worse now, not overly painful but it's very uncomfitable!

Does anyone know what causes it or what it is? I never had any aches with Lacey so have never had this before!

It could be PGP Pelvic Girdle Pain, it can affect all areas of your pelvis - I found this link really useful, have a gander xx
