Pain in my groin

Any tips and advice will b most appreciated.

I've got a horrendous pain in my groin (a bit like a pulled muscle) I can't put pressure on my left leg without it hurtin,got stuck in the bath earlier cos couldn't lift my leg past 90 degrees. It only started this mornin and has gradually got worse. I've been in tears quite a few times already today :'( xx

Hey! I did exactly this pulling of my wellies! I pulled my left groin so badly, and that was 2 weeks ago and it's still really no healing. All I do is make sure I take everything slow, get OH to massage it (can be a little difficult lol) and sleep with pillows in between my legs! I completely know the feeling, I hate that mines not healing! So annoying! X
