Great cure for constipation!

    Try eating a couple of beetroots in vinegar and a red grapefruit! Has worked wonders on me. Try it, but I don't expect to see a 'TMI' post on here when you've tried it and found it turns your poo red :lol:

    ooh i will have to try that, i have found eating half a tin of baked beans everyday is working for me, but kinda of bored with beans now :rotfl:

    weetabix once or twice a day helped me. You can try the oldies fav, prune juice ewww lol

    Love Beetroot but too scared to eat it incase I have a heart attack when my wee is pink! :rotfl:

    Fruit and Fibre (minus the 15minutes to pick out the sultana's :puke: ) for me, but just to be on the safe side the twice-weekly jacket potato with baked beans is a hit in my house! :lol:
