Got meeting with work today

Many of u already know my saga with work! Well I have a meeting today to give in my mat b form etc! Really don't wanna go speak to them but have too! And then I have t see occupational health urgh after a night of no sleep I don't exactly feel overjoyed lol

Well I am expecting occ health to sign me off cos I didn't even survive phase return lol and all I need manager to do us sign form and agree annual leave at end if mat leave. Fx she understands about it being 4 weeks before if off sick.

Sorry didn't update yesterday went to bed at like 7.30 lol
It's all sorted now but i literally had to tell boss what to write lol and took forms to hr myself!
No more work for me til July woohoo
