Got Fever and Headache..:(

Dear All, I am having fever and headache since I woke up today morning..seems its flu..as I always have in changing weather..

As this time I am pregnant..is there anything I can have..please advise..I am lying on bed since morning but fever has not gone down...Plz advise...
