Gone off of name choice.

Hiya!

We had Charlie for baby if he was a boy but i'm just not feeling it anymore.

OH is open to finding another name but he's pretty fussy.

He's asked me to write a list of the names I like and we'll go from there so I thought i'd get opinions on here too

He is lumbered with Colin for his middle name (OH's side has a tradition we want to continue) so it will need to go with that. And our surname is Davis.

Also needs to sound nice with Jack


Aaron (my fave at the moment)
Adam
Bobby
Charlie (still in the running)
Harry
Oliver (initials would be OCD but we're not fussed)

That's all I like so far but what do you think? x

My Daughter's name is Ava after an Amy Winehouse song called October song, the line 'And Ava flies in paradise' just stuck in my head so I knew she always be Ava. And now when she hears that song she says 'This is my song' lol x

Funny you should say that! We also love Adam but our next door neighbours boys are Jack & Adam! Seems a bit weird to name him Adam lol They're both grown up but both still live there. Although I doubt she'd mind if we did have Adam x

I'd hate him to have to say 'it's 2 R's not 2 A's when he's older. My name annoys me enough because it can be spelled more than one way lol. Cheers though x

I think Harry goes really well with Jack, it summons the same kind of mental image to me.

The rest of the names don't feel the same as Jack to me. I'd put Bobby and Charlie together and i'd put Aaron, Oliver and Adam together - but none with Jack.

They are all alright as stand alone names Well, maybe not Bobby

I loved Harrison (harry) for a boy but my friends little boy is called Harry xxx

I really like Adam. Like Oliver and Harry too. I don't not like the other names, these are just the ones I like best lol.
