Going to Rome in May...

Morning ladies...

not been on for a wee while...just been so busy with work...and concerts etc

Body seems to be back to normal after the mc and am just waiting on af around the 6th April to make sure i'm all back to normal. Going to see the doctor next week sometime hopefully to ask about my light periods....they are the one thing that is concerning me and making me think thats what caused mc....so i just need to have a chat about it...

On the good side........i was rewarded at work this week for my performance last year and i have won me and OH a trip to Rome!!! So we are going to go in May........as hopefully I will be pregnant again June onwards and I don't want to go abroad when pregnant after what happened last time..

oooh... think i am in the wrong job!!! Have a great time!!!
i would have thought i would be too busy to be obsessed with waiting to test with 4 shows with my dance school in a month, and a studio opening in 2 months... but no! still driving oh crazy about testing and looking at every little thing that is different in my body that could be a symptom!!!
said we were going to be relaxed about it this month... but i cant!!!
are you not bothered about being pregnant for your wedding day?? we waited until after the wedding bufore trying, but its taking so long i wish we had started 5 years ago when we met!!!!

well thats the thing...i dont have age on my side ...im 35 and now that i have been pregnant but lost it, it's made it even more obvious to me that im not getting any younger and with each year the risk gets higher ...so we just want to try again asap....

We wanted to ttc straight after mc but are waiting til end of may to make sure i wont be too heavily pregnant at wedding....would be a nice sort of 6 months..my dress will fit a bump nicely cos its chiffon and empire line (cos i though i would have just given birth) and its lush....just what i wanted...so all will be fine.

Would loce to have a nice bump on the day after everything we just been through....would make it extra special

Oh thats great Samsgirl hope you have a ball! We booked a trip to Rome for October! Actually booked it then 2 days later got a bfp and was due on the week we were to fly! Think it must have a good vibe!

yeah ....im hoping it ties in with when i ovulate......but hopefully you will be well and truly pregnant by the time you go in october...

I havent no but I have heard so many people saying how brilliant that it is! My mum loves it has been 3 times. Im probably mad but I do see Rome as a sign now as its how I told my hubby about being pg. I said Im sorry we cant go to Rome. He was raging then I showed him my bfp and he cried! We didnt change or cancel it so I now have the feeling that it will be our last holiday on our own as I will have my big bump when we go! Weird but I feel it!

If your ov then I have my fx for you and Sam too!

You will look stunning either way, but yes, i think on reflection looking at wedding pictures with a baby bump would be fab for the baby as they grow up too! Theywould love that they were there on the day too!
Loads of luck hon that it happens for you!! Married, and great place with work... you are in the right place with everything so baby would make it 3... and they say luck comes in 3's!! ....

due to test anytime now... but desperately trying not to POAS for as long as possible....
not got any symptoms like i did in january before my MC.. but no sign is not necessarily a bad sign... so just putting it off for as long as i can!!! (you watch i will be at the chemist monday morning!!)
My dance school goes into half term in a week, so if i can leave it until then i will be very proud of myself, and then if it is a BFN then i can throw myself into show prep, and get a few days in a spa to chill out!!... thats the plan if i don't go totally insane before then, crack and buy a few tests!!

just trying to decide what dates to go to Rome.........think we may be going weekend of the 14th may.....and i am due to ovulate on the 15th!!! ha ha...if my cycles have gone back to normal.......that would be cool wouldnt it, to be in Rome and doing lots of BDing xx

Yep that sounds perfect! You'll avoid the bank Holidays and the airports will be quieter, and of course have plenty of time to BD!!
