Think I may have to put Henry in his own room if I wanna get him to self soothe
I do the whole night shift as I'm exclusively bf and DH has to get up for work. Only problem is when Henry stirs, DH kinda wakes so I have to get up and take Henry out of the bedroom before DH wakes up. There is no chance I can leave him to self soothe with his whining and various noises he makes when he stirs.
I don't feel ready to put him in his own room yet
I know this is incredibly selfish. His nursery is only about 10 steps away from our room but still don't feel ready.
I know I need to do it of I want him to self soothe and get into some sort of bedtime routine but I'm not sure if i can do it yet.
How old was ur lo when they started sleepin in their own room? How did u cope with them being in separate rooms?
